The demonstration this month was done by club member, Alan Ewing. Alan decided to demonstrate how he created a large bowl with a natural edge. Alan showed the members how he safely mounted the piece of timber, which was out of balance. This made the turning very challenging, but he managed to create a very nice bowl.

As this was quite a large bowl, we ran out of time before Alan could finish his piece. Hopefully we will see it a our next meeting.
